Kick-off the Celebration!
STart your celebrating with a 5k run/walk!
Packet Pick-Up for all races will begin at 7:00pm in Cinder City Park
Races:
Freedom Five 5k Run/Walk- 5K CANCELED
The race will start from Cinder City Park at 7:00PM. Participants will run/walk along the bike paths towards River Prairie Park before coming back to Cinder City Park. The race is open to anyone 9 years of age or older. This event fee is $20.
Heat One: 5k Runners
Heat Two: 5k Walkers
Heat Three: Stroller and Dog Walkers
Lil' Firecracker 1/4 Mile Run-
The Lil' Firecracker 1/4 Mile Run will take place at approximately 7:45PM on Bement Field in Cinder City Park for ages 5-8. This event fee will be $8.
Sparkler 75 Yard Dash-
The Sparkler 75 Yard Dash will take place at approximately 8:00PM on Bement Field in Cinder City Park. This event is free and open to anyone ages 1-4. T-shirts will be available for purchase the day of the Dash for $5 each.

There will be a one-time $5 fee for admittance into the Kid Zone WHICH IS OPEN from 5pm-9pm.
The Kid Zone sponsored by Wisconsin Fun Factory will have large inflatable bouncy houses to play on while waiting for the fireworks!
lIVE MUSIC
JOIN US!
The Big Deeks will be playing from 5:30pm-9:45pm! The stage is located on the South Ball Field in Cinder City Park
Bring a lawn chair and settle in!

Frequently Asked questions
Are dogs allowed in the park?
YES! All of our city parks allow dogs! Please note there will be many people attending this event, so your dog must be leashed at all times.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN?
NO! There will be no carry-ins allowed as there will be concessions/food trucks at the event.
Is the concert free?
YES! The concert is free and open to anyone wanting to enjoy the music.
Will I need to purchase food/beverage tickets?
NO! We will be using an all cash system
Where will the fireworks be shooting off?
The fireworks are being shot off in the large grass area behind Bement Field in Cinder City Park. This is the field located directly behind Hobbs Sports Center.
